Confirmed Information about PS4 (Orbis)

8 GB GDDR5 RAM
x86-64 architecture (Bye Bye PowerPC)
Titles will cost close to $60
Dualshock 4 will have a trackpad, headset jack, move Sensor and headset port
PS3 discs will NOT work on PS4, games may be ported and distributed via PSN
PS4 supportes 4K output but games wont work on that resolution
Killzone 4 Shadow Fall - Launch title
Publishers might be allowed to block secondhand titles (or make them paid like multiplayer)
Every PS4 game can be played on PS Vita via remote play (Gaikai tech)

$60.00 means £60.00 in the UK and on top of that no second hand games allowed. That's rubbish and I'm not going to be buying one.

I dont think used games will be banned outright. But they have obviously built in a way to tie it to your PSN id and like multiplayer codes, you would need an activation code to download it to your PS3. That way the studio gets a a share in the used games market pie.

The decision whether to pose such a restriction depends on the publisher and EA has indicated that they would do so.

8 GB RAM is outstanding. Cant wait for studious like Naughty Dog show their magic again.
Personally, out of the games shown, Watch Dogs is the one that has me pumped the most. Looks utterly brilliant

Sony have clearly stated they WONT block or ban second hand games fot PS4.
720 is a different story though... i wouldnt put it past MS, but if they go through with banning used games theyll have shot themselves in the foot, when Sony have already said they wont.
