Well there is such a thing as self-defence of course, and people in South Africa are very security conscious - with good reason. The argument about defending your property is more complicated (the Tony Martin case here being a good example) but Flib seems to be suggesting that Pistorius must have known who it was before firing. None of us can possibly know that.

Its another to declare him guilty and want him to be jailed for life immediately because he shot someone. Gotta wait for the investigation and facts surrrrrrrrrrely.
