If you mean ten-pin bowling, you need a custom bowling ball; the ones available at the alleys aren't designed to curve/drift.

If you mean cricket, then just give the ball a lot of rip, and let it hang in the air. Helps if there is cross-breeze too.

I forced myself to like a song once after I initially thought it was obnoxious, then later learned it was by an artist I liked.
