    Happy Halloween!

It's that time of the year again.

What are your plans for tonight? Trick-or-treating, stocking up on candy? Pumpkin carving/eating contests? Or hitting up a party and getting wasted on PJ? Share with us your plans and potential Halloween costume.

Fast bowlers: Hmm, can't think of a good delivery. **** it, I'll bowl a fast outswinger that hits the top of off.

Sanga isn't the best off spinner in the history of cricket? News to me.

An import from the US that's been injected with a special kind of British crapitude.

People having parties is fine, so's little kids in costumes accompanied by parents - gangs of teenagers in hoodies going door to door demanding money, not so good.

A miserable night for many older and vulnerable people, many of whom will be sitting in the dark and hoping for the rain to get a bit harder.

We just get tots and their mums where I live. No issues there at all.

Have got some two fingered kit-kats (caramel & orange) and some fun sized snickers to distribute.

Must admit I've never been quite sure what we're actually supposed to be celebrating tho.

    - As featured in The Independent.

"The committee discussed the issue of illegal bowling actions, and believed that there are a number of bowlers currently employing suspect actions in international cricket, and that the ICC's reporting and testing procedures are not adequately scrutinising these bowlers."
    - Even the ICC's own official press release thinks things must change

Yeah I'm not expecting trouble here tbh - a bit annoying when they bang simultaneously on the door and windows though.

At least they didn't start coming round a week early like they have in years past. I think the worst was a kid knocking on my door for 'trick or treat' at 10 on a Sunday morning in mid-October - and he wasn't even wearing a costume!

Quite fortunate to live in an area that, demographically, would have a higher proportion of older people, not so much trick or treating. I do have a bag of fun sized milky ways in case anyone called, although as I'm now off to a meeting so wn't be here, sub-consciuosly I think I always knew I'd end up eating them,
