Cale has a rich Welsh baritone, but Eno has literally the worst voice in the world. Sorta like a castrato Robert Wyatt.

Round 5 is deliberately randomized again. I felt I had to do that because there were an odd number of rounds and the person who went last for round 1 was going to be last in 3 out out of 5 rounds and only first twice. For your last round picks - 1) Please post your entire band line up with their role after their name (e.g. Person X vocals and bass) 2) You can post any other information you like - e.g. pics, style of music they will play, some songs that they might cover etc. This extra detail is optional.

Can't decide what I need for my fifth pick. Singing is conceivably covered with Macca and the Chief and Izzy and Matt can hold the odd tune as well. If I need piano Macca can do it. Three of my five all time favourite composers are in there, the two that aren't ( Axl Rose and John Lennon) double Izzy and Macca's worth as writers, respectively. My four fave bands as per the CW50 are represented, if I followed that theme then it leaves me picking a singer, but my two favourite vocalists are still available. It's pretty obvious that I've built the greatest band ever so the next pick is going to be like adding Messi to Brazil's 1970 side just for a laugh. Bow down to me.

Picking Bill Ward for my final pick.
Bon Scott (Vocals, Frontman) Jimmy Page (Rhythm Guitar) Angus Young (Lead Guitar) Roger Waters (Bass, backing vocals) Bill Ward (Drums, backing vocals) Angus might seem like an odd choice next to Page and Waters but I picked him for a couple of reasons. 1) I'm biased as **** 2) he would have excellent chemistry with Bon 3) he was pretty versatile with his solos in his younger days. I have complete confidence he would mold his style to fit the songs created by Page and Waters. |
