All these people who bag Australia, you need to know how hard it is living here, ok?

It's warm, there's lots of beaches, the beer is cold and we're well off compared with most of the rest of the world. It's very, very difficult I tell you. Sure, in other countries you complain about abject poverty, drone strikes or forms of oppression; while we whinge about mediocre 3G coverage, slow internet speeds and whether we should take superannuation to 13% or 15%. But you really don't know how hard it is here, truly.

Australians are a contradiction

I feel they should all be arrogant, obnoxious imbeciles, although every single one I have ever met has struck me as being friendly, likeable and generous - possibly says more about me than them

....... and for the avoidance of doubt I've never met benchy - he, I am told is the exception that proves the rule - which rule that is I have never been told though
