Shave pretty much every day. When one reaches one's mid-30s stubble doesn't so much make one look cool & devil may care as a scruffy ****.
Plus at least 20% of me stubble is now an attractive ginge/grey combo.

Yeah I shave most weekdays unless I'm really feeling lazy or haven't charged my razor. Usually don't bother at the weekend though, which always makes that Monday morning shave somewhat uncomfortable.
I hate wet shaving so much that when I was working in London earlier in the year and left my shaver at home one week, I just went with the scruff bag image. Was itchy as ****. |

Don't reckon they actually save all that much time either. Plus they're rubbish on those hairs on my throat radiating out from my Adam's apple that have a grain that grows sidewards rather than down. End up either hacking the skin & leaving attractive red welts or leaving hairs I have to go over with a trimmer.
Those real men amongst you who dare to use a blade: what do you find is the optimum number of shaves per blade/set of blades? Three for me, certainly no more than four. Starts to not shave cleanly after that and I can feel it pulling. |
