What do you eat? Dinner last night?

Breakfast- Alternate porridge, muesli and yoghurt, and toast with tomato, avocado and S&P. Cup of tea.

Morning tea- Usually a banana, coffee or tea.

Lunch- Usually for lunch at work I eat a salad with left over meat from the night before, or if I can't be arsed doing that in the morning before I go, something basic like a peanut butter or ham sandwich. The alternative is I eat crap like pies and spring rolls from the shop, so I try to take stuff with me.

Afternoon tea- I'm a teacher, so I don't usually bother because I'm busy around then.

Dinner- Last night had some decent butcher's sausages with mash and broccoli and corn. Usually something like that, or pasta or roast or Mexican.

Usually have about 500mls-1 litre of water, 1 coffee and 3 or 4 teas. I should drink more water, but I struggle to get it down. Feel better when I do.

Trying to lose about 10 kilos before Australian summer, so cutting back a bit of the food, and upping the exercise. Hard work in a Victorian winter to stop eating though!

Breakfast: Weetbix or porridge, occasional slice of banana bread; coffee.

Lunch: Sandwich, generally Nutella (Benchy to approve)

Dinner: Didn't have dinner last night - bought Subway about 3 in the afternoon and was busy working all night.

I eat almost everything and last night I had butter sausages (naughty etc etc) with rice and veggies.

I'm pretty lazy with breakfasts. I'm terrible at getting out of bed so I usually grab fruit or a yoghurt on my way out the door.

I was skipping breakfast or eating very lightly - and then buying all types of snacks at morning tea break. Now I am working on having bigger breakfasts and I find I eat less overall.

when I'm at home during the weekends it's usually -

breakfast: big mug of chocolate milk with nestum (cereal) inside + pancakes/waffles

lunch: fast food

dinner: had lasagne last night, was pretty awesome.

Breakfast: Make my own untoasted muesli (can't find a store one which doesn't use sugar) with a banana and milk.

Lunch: Tuna with steamed greens, raw onion, tomato and leaves.

Dinner: Mixed steamed or roasted veg with ~ 200g chicken + fruit afterwards.

Only deviate from the above on weekends, even then I'll only let myself splurge on one meal.

I can confirm that what I ate last night was, indeed, dinner.

I love muesli but don't like the raisins and find it hard to buy to my preference.

More or less exclusively crap.

Yesterday:

Breakfast - nada, unless a can of Relentless (500ml energy drink) for hangover purposes counts.

Mid-morning teabreak - 1x apple (Braeburn, ftr); second can of Relentless.

Lunch - 3x pieces of southern fried chicken; roast spuds (all from Tesco hot deli counter)

Tea - 2x pieces of southern fried chicken avec chips

Throughout afternoon & early evening whilst watching cricket: 6x packets of McCoys crisps (2x Cheese & Onion, 1x Ready Salted, 1x Salt & Vinegar, 1x Bacon, 1x Steak); 7x bottles Bud Brew 66; 1x packet of spearmint softmints.

Typically have

Cereal for breakfast
Salad with ham or chicken, or perhaps egg, for lunch
Dinner varies, but went to Nando's last night. Having a few days off the healthy train.

How on earth can you get through so many crisps in one evening? I've inhaled some large meals in my time but that is impressive.
