Lemon thyme chicken on a bed of sweet potato mash

Nice but barely touched the sides, poncey little portion

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

So I don't know how many of you have tried this, but I'm really craving some Kati (Kathi) Rolls right now, which I eat a lot of every time I visit Mumbai (they are similar to Frankies, although different). I think they've originated in Kolkata though.

Last time I had them was in NYC at this place - The Kati Roll Company.

May just try and find a place that serves them close to here, or try my hand at making some tonight. Which probably won't go down well.

Seem like they're the same as frankies tbf. Easiest thing in the world to make, I can do them pretty well as long as someone else makes the chicken that goes in it

Egg, cheese, some sort of spicy chicken and onions is all you need. Make sure you cook the egg on the roti though.

Salmon in a tomato sauce, mussles in a white sauce (though I mostly dipped toasted bread into the sauce, delish) and braised beef chinese style. Quality.

Thanks for this. But isn't how you cook the chicken one of the most important parts of it, and what gives it the right taste? Tbh, for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of experience in the kitchen, this seems a tall ask. Didn't get around to it today, but will definitely try this tomorrow.
