What did your mother's mother's mother used to feed your mother?

My mother says that she doesn't remember. Just a few times they would visit their home, .

But I am sure that atleast she didn't feed her desi aur sasti daviyaan(Indegenous and cheap medicines.).

My mother's dead so I'll never know. A pity - I'd have loved to ask her.

However, one of my mum's grandmothers was Dutch and the other one was Scottish. Possibly that explains my love for whisky and, er, herbs.

My mum was brought up in postwar Germany, and Bratwurst is simply German Style sausages...

Ive never had Schnitzels, but they are German style meat of some kind...
