I find being in a pub and saying to someone who insults you "Die in a fire you dire ****" doesn't work as well as it does on CW.

I definitely overuse 'dire' in everyday conversation.
ITSTL's extended form too.

I also spend a lot of time thinking in terms of WAC and WAG.

I have explained TLDR to people at work...and then proceed to use it. I often use it after a long winded comment - even though the R stands for read and not listen.
