Mao's on the list twice - I hadn't realised Marcuss had already nominated him.

I've nominated Himmler on the basis that he was head of the SS and thus directly responsible for many of the atrocities committed by Nazi Germany during WWII. Himmler's influence was such that the rebels in the German Army wouldn't sanction the assasination of Hitler unless Himmler could be taken out as well.
