    Heinrich Himmler
    Mao Zedong

Also, for some light-hearted relief and first round cannon fodder, Benito Mussolini.

    Does Himmler really count?

Feel we're missing a few big names here. How's about:

    Idi Amin
    Moammar Gaddafi
    Robert Mugabe
    PW Botha
    Erich Honecker
    Gen. Wojciech Jaruzelski
    Marshal Tito

    Bhumibol Adulyadej.

A new challenger in the bat**** stakes.
Every 5 years we have an election and have to decide who are the least obnoxious out of all the men. Then one gets in and they age really quickly. Which is always fun to watch.

Mao's on the list twice - I hadn't realised Marcuss had already nominated him.

I've nominated Himmler on the basis that he was head of the SS and thus directly responsible for many of the atrocities committed by Nazi Germany during WWII. Himmler's influence was such that the rebels in the German Army wouldn't sanction the assasination of Hitler unless Himmler could be taken out as well.
