    Good News/Bad News

Right, on the topic of silver linings and clouds...

I got an offer for an interview for a job next summer today.

Unfortunately, the Interview is in Northwich.

Anyone else got any other ridiculously annoyingly contradictory moments?

Well the moment I was waiting for in NZ finally happened... on Saturday night I had a chance to go out with all my cricket mates to a 21st... a chance to try and get my life back to something resembling enjoyable...

went to the 21st ... was having an alright time (not as fun as it was in london though ) and then bam... im unconscious. Had my drink spiked with what I reckon was a drug called GHB. Unconscious and vomiting for 5 hours, and I will never know who did it. Sincerely hope it wasn't one of my "mates". well out of order. The worst thing ever to have happened to me.

worst thing was. the next day i had auckland A trials. I explained to the coaches that I was in a really bad way, in my head. Physically I was fine but to have to face up to all those people who were ridiculing me.... was a nightmare.

and now... I just feel like getting the hell out of this place. don't know who I can trust anymore.
life's a gift thats why they call it the present

One time I was just hanging out, having fun, when I started throwing bread at everyone. It was all fun and laughter when everyone took revenge on me for a bread throwing ways, and they dumped me in a puddle giving me a wet arse...

    Whats with that sh.t???

    Yeah whats with puddles anyway!

One time last NZ season at Victoria Park (aucklanders may know it seems to hold a lot of water at times) I was fielding at fine leg on the one... chasing a ball and went for the slide pick up and throw... picked it up and then found myself accelerating, couldnt stand up... acceleratin right into the huge deep puddle... soaked from head to toe...

    sucked to be me!

Riding my pushbike down a hill, a car pulling out infront of me, I hit (not my fault) the backend of the car, flew over boot of the car, head butted the road, opening up my chin, requiring 4 stitches, a hairline fracture in my right wrist and severval bumps and bruises along the way.

I went to the hospital got my self fixed up and I was pain for the next couple of days.

They say I was very lucky.

The world is a seriously mucked up place if you have to worry about what everyone else is trying to do you.
    Damn that sucks.

Worst thing is that I was only with cricket mates. Now I gotta try and convince myself it wasn't one of them...

One time I was walking by a chip shop late at night with some mates on a night out in town, and muttered "damn I could really do with some chips" and immediately this guy chases me, catches up, punches me, yells at me "HOW DARE YOU TRY AND CHAT UP MY GIRL," then a mate of mine calls him a T*** and the guy chases after him. The mate then appears from a side street and walks off leaving the guy weaving all over the place up the road leading to the park. Classic stuff but my shoulder killed!

Gawd thats awful Kim, I hope you get your trust back for people eventually, although I dont think i could do it, that would be the worst thing..best thing is your okay....

Once I was playing table tennis at this christmas thing where my mum worked.. I was having an awesome time, when I for some unknown reason dived to get the ball, shoved my hand out to stop me flying head first into a nearby brick wall and shattered my (youve guessed it) left thumb... pleasure and pain in about five seconds people...

That's bad Kim, but I wouldn't go to a party the night before something as important as that.
