People are raving about the new Sonic game, is it as good as I've heard?
Have only played a little on one of the consoles they have set up in stores, but from what I saw it was good value. Loads of fun, doubt it has much longevity though, don't imagine it would take long to complete etc... I'm just a sucker for anything Sonic though, have been playing the emulated version of Sonic CD all week.

Just as a general comment, I think the 360-xbox thread would be better as a "Gaming thread". Gaming's pretty much the only thing I love more than sports, but I don't play many console games so I find I have very little to say in the thread. Even when a game appears on all platforms the differences in the ports is huge, so the games can often be difficult to compare.

It kind of plays like a first person action/RPG multi-player game, except it's a single player game. Has all the usual medieval fantasy stuff. The Elder Scrolls games are all sandbox games, as in you can pretty much do what you want in the world. Other than that watch some gameplay videos. Giant Bomb is a good site if you want to see longer gameplay videos.
