    That I'm too good looking.

    Apart from that, I'm fearless.

So plastic surgery really helped you then.

Most definitely. Would certainly recommend it in your case

Thanks for the recommendation but my toe nail reconstructive surgery isn't that much of a big deal as your facial surgery.

I'm not sure if fear is the right word, but pregnant women creep me out in a spooky way. I can barely bring myself to make eye contact with the heavily pregnant ones. Had real issues trying to hold a conversation with a mate's 8-month pregnant g/f at a party last week, all the time trying to avoid looking at her.

Sorry if this comes across as offensive (am guessing we are all/mostly men on CW, so took the liberty to post ), but it's not a feeling that I can control. If it helps, I am not proud of this phobia (not even sure if it's one) but I really can't make eye contact with them or (heaven forbid) mistakenly look at their bellies.

Phobia = irrational fear. So it's definitely a phobia. One I haven't heard of before.

Well, that makes me feel so special!

But seriously, I have been contemplating seeing a psychiatrist for some time now. Could be helpful if I find/coin a name for this "phobia".

Are you planning to have kids yourself? If so, it's gonna be pretty weird not looking at your own wife/gf.

Haven't planned that far, tbh. My gf still has about three years to go to finish university and I've just entered mid 20s. Settling down is not on my cards till at least a decade or so.

She believes that I'll "grow out" of this oddity with time; I'm just not so sure. Maybe at some stage, I ought to talk to a professional.

To be fair, you can never know when it's really an alien parasitoid.
