Help needed for interview

Hi guys,

I just got this idea from Agent to post here and see if somebody can help.

I have an interview coming up for Gallup. Apparently they have 2 rounds of personality based interviews and then an interview with the hiring manager. The telephone interview is from London on telephone this Friday. The first interview was personality based and had questions related to team work, achievements, what kind of work place I liked, my evaluation of some subjective statements

I cleared the first interview. I have a second interview coming up. Would be most grateful if somebody who has been through this can help on what they ask in the second interview.

The position is for Research Analyst.

If second interview is also a personality round then you might be asked similar questions but by someone more senior.

Generally first round interviews are about your competencies and your history. Second round interviews are about how you fit in with the organisation and they could also ask you about your CV/application form.

ok thanks........Ankit, you are a stats guy maybe some of your friends gave an interview for Gallup? They have a standard process I think. Can you please ask around and let me know.
