summer Ramadan's are pretty tough will get even tougher since I am doing a lot of gym these days.

It's has been one tough first fast today (and still going). Magrib (sunset) here in the UK is at around 9:30pm so a very long day to fast. The toughest part is not being able to drink water.

Besides the fasts in Karachi are still much easier than those in Lahore during summer.

Yup sunset in Montreal is around 8:30, its around a 16-17 hours fast....
