    Are people here familiar with Shahi Tukray?

    I've tried to find a place i can get them from ever since i moved to Karachi,but to no avail.And i always thought Shahi Tukray was a hindustani dish.

    For those of you not familar with the name,it's a heavier form of Bread Pudding.And the bread is Golden instead of White.

    nah.....it is more like aaloo wala paratha with filling of some other veggie

    ^ the texture is similar to paratha but there is no (aalo) in it, its basically spanich and cheese. I like it better then Paratha.

    There is also a sweet version of it made with Banana, really tasty aswell
