    Insomnia

    Can somone please tell me why i am still awake,

    i am bored like a bitch but awake like hat same bithc...grrr

    insomnia sucks...

    woke up at 8:00..

    It's not as big a problem as it seems, definitely not worth losing sleep over at any rate

    Have a beer or two before you go to sleep.. Over the counter medication is a dangerous thing to start relying on, and most decrease your performance in the morning
