Pirates of The Carribean, anyone?

I loved the movie.

Captain Jack Sparrow has to be one of the most amazing characters ever. He also reminded me a bit of Aragorn from Lord of The Rings.

hmm..diffrences of opinion yet again...


I seen it, its hardly great..its a decent movie at best but Sparrow was the only bit i liked after Keira Knightley, ofcourse.

yes, that i have to agree, twas pretty heavy both of them...

Return of the King looks (sic) too..

i seen a trailer of it when i was watching UnderWorld, which is also of a decent standard but with good soundtrack and a fit girl :P

They are running a pretty cool thing around me where by they're playing all three movies at once with 1 break half way through the second film!! Cannot wait . Only costing £10 as well....
Just finished the books for the 4th time last week. Gets better every time.

You're right about that. Have read them 6 times and wouldn't mind reading it again. How about the Silmarillion? Anyone here like that as well. I kinda prefer it to LoTR. But I wldn't want to read it every few months.

yep i agree with the majority. Pirates of The Carribean was BRILLIANT. Jonny depp was superb.

also LOTR is AWESOME as well

I wldn't be so sure about PoTC being the best movie of the year. SO far its the best, but you've got to remember LOTR part 3 is still to come around December. :wow:
