I once AGAIN admit it...i rule!

I ve just been back from school about 20 minutes and my mom says there has been a letter for me...which just happens to contain a Letter from Kent to ME asking me for the winter training course for their u-16s...:O

So...my hopes of becoming a star continues..lol, anyways i was wondering if there was anyone else in these forums who was a county player back in the day :P
this goes for ppl outside of Britain as well, where you may have played for your state/country or whatever.

    Very modest aren't you?!

We do have a couple of Internationals (or very near) I believe.

But don't get too carried away, there's a long way between a County age side and a career!

I played for Middlesex Women in this season just been- along with new forum member Danno. Coached by RanjO. In fact the Gunnersbury Women's cricket Club (now wih forum here) was pretty much a mix of Berkshire and Middlesex players.

Steelo plays for NZ women. She is a member, posted maybe a handful of times a while ago.

I play Auckland reps. Just moved through from u14s to u21s. Hopefully I can step it up this season. U21s have been abolished, its now 2nd XI sides.

I captained Eastern Districts last year. Practically managed the side. Worst organised side I ever played for... I had to do all the managerial stuff at the end of each game, like filling out all the match stats for the auckland selectors...

That's really cool!! I'm not really good at playing cricket. But that's because I can't bowl or field. Quite good with the bat, tho. 8D
