I think sex as a talking point subject is taboo but I don't think oral sex specifically being seen as a worse taboo is necessarily common. But I haven't been to Pakistan so it could be a cultural thing there.

Yeah, smiley's assertions definitely don't stand in most of Urban India, I'd say, from personal experience of growing up. (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad) While generalizations regarding certain aspects of culture are possible to make re: India-Pakistan. A lot of times - cultural generalizations are lazy and thoroughly inaccurate. This is one of those times.

Even in the non-metro places of India, the situation is more akin to:

I speak for only India here and I don't know if even Pakistan has something specifically culturally against BJs as I haven't lived there etc.
