Yes, you would need to read the question, figure out an answer, and click the right answer all within 0.4 seconds. And do that for 90 seconds consecutively without getting a single answer wrong to score 220 on that. Someone made a computer script to do that haha.
Assuming you get answers wrong, the reaction time would have to be even faster than 0.4.
Just because you couldn't do it, doesn't mean I couldn't.
