David Blaine
Anyone else think it's hilarious how the public are not taking to this load of rubbish he's passing off as magic?
So far: Eggs More Eggs Some guy banging drums during the night to keep him awake. Eating in front of him. The laser pointer that he thought was a sniper Golf Balls More Eggs. I urge all people in the UK to go there and try and annoy him some more!!!!

Illusionist. I watched some of it when I was at my mate Rob's house and so far it's topping everything on the boringness stakes, even Big Brother...
What you have to understand is it's not magic, it's an illusion. And since an illusion is something that you appear to see only part of, has anyone wondered what he's got in the water? A guy's gotta get his nutrition somewhere...

The water theory has been brought up.
Personally I think he's a bit of a t*** so find the people taking the mick very funny. Apparently with the laser he thought someone was trying to shoot him and started panicking! |

Well apparently the water is pure water, they said so on Sky One...
Although thats probably a load of rubbish... Is David Blaine american? Surely only an american would mistake two youngsters messing around with laser pens for a guy with a sniper rifle... I found it hilarious, i wish i was watching on Sky one at the time, that would have been funny... If i lived in London, i would be down there lots taking the mickey, its funny how people interact with the live camera because they can be seen on TV (its live 24/7 like big brother)... Its more a test of what will be thrown at Blaine, not whether he can survive or not

![]() I think the lasting 44 days/nights just doing nothing is a achievment in itself, I mean you guys have all said you've watched what 10 mins or so and was bored as hell, think how he feels, nothing to do 24/7 at least you can walk away and put your TV/Comp on, go meet your friends etc the most I've ever seen him do on the sippets I have seen is write/draw in a book. I read in a report the stages of the task in how after so many days he would experiance this and that, and the only reason he cut it to 44 days is on the 45th you would lose your sight :S |
