3. thanks for the help...

i figured it out about 2 minutes after i posted it... kind of sad as I am a University Student huh!

4. Ah, good old Y = mX + C

Funnily enough, a mathematician was talking to a student in a zoo one day. He said "Everything in the universe can be represented by mathematics and physics."

The pair saw two monkeys sitting in a cage. One stole a banana from the other - and the first monkey proceeded to snatch it back. The second hit the first so the first then hit the second in reply. The professor turned to the student and said "Easy. Newton's third law - every action has an equal and opposite reaction."

The pair wandered on until they saw a chimpanzee repeatedly throwing an apple up in the air, following its path with his eyes until it hit the ground again. "Let me guess." said the student. "Newton's law of Gravitation?"
"You've got it." replied the professor.

Shortly afterwards, the student spied two lions (well, a lion and a lioness) engaged in an activity designed to further propogate the species. Before the student could say anything, the professor exclaimed "A straight point is the shortest distance between two lions."

5. Sorry Eddie Uncle, but I just don't get your joke.
