Battle of the GNR songs
I don't know if this would be worth running, CDM suggested it to me a while back but then obviously decided he cbf to actually do it. There are a few people who love Guns, and then there seem to be a few others who at least like them round these parts.
If there is enough interest (and that will of course be completely arbitary) then I will run this. If there is not I will accept that CW is still not ready for my greatness. No need for nominations etc, catalogue is small enough for me to pretty much include the lot. So let me know if you would participate this and if there's enough interest I will look after it, if only to finally guarantee a proper band wins a music battle round these parts for once

In, though if you match Rocket Queen with Civil War in round 1, your dead to me.

Civil War = Brilliant and underated song. Not sure whether it's better than November rain though.
In, sorry Corrin, I never got round to it mainly due to being lazy.

Heh.
This is all secnd hand knowledge of course, but I am reliably informed that when my mates from cricket used to visit gentleman's clubs, a popular pick for a song for a lappie was always Novermber Rain. Not because it was necessarily good, but because it went for about 8 minutes. Or so I'm told, anyway.
