Battle of the Albums
Ok, having criticised the current battle of the movies, I guess it's on me to do something constructive. So, ta-da-da-dah! Battle of the Albums. Has to be something released as an album - best ofs do not count.
I think we'll cap this at 64, might look at 96 if we get enough noms. Normal process of nominate and seconding, with 10 noms and 10 seconds per person. If we get heaps more than 96, I'll post the list of seconded choices and ask for thirds. My nominations: Revolver - The Beatles Abbey Road - The Beatles Achtung Baby - U2 At Folsom Prison - Johnny Cash Black Holes and Revelations - Muse Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits Copper Blue - Sugar Nevermind - Nirvana Ride the Lightning - Metallica Superunknown - Soundgarden There are others I might have nominated if I wasn't sure they'll get nominated by someone else. |

Would nominate Azadi by Junoon but unfortunately that'd be a wasted nom on you people. :( |
