Haha yes, I suppose that is a fault of ours rather than of the game, but it was just too tempting. Probably explains why in all of our "test matches" we would generally get through about 3 and a half innings of the match on the first day. Usually with most of the runs coming from my tailenders.

Nothing beats "Unregsitered" appearing in goal for Russia on the original Pro Evolution though, that was probably the greatest moment in the history of anything.

had forgoten about that.

Is only rivalled by the sent off Jay Jay Okocha mysteriously appearing in goal.

Premier Manager, one of the worst games of all time that.

Being sacked for failing to go and have a weekly meeting with your staff despite winning the champions league a week previously was one of the highlights of that game. Bullying your Physio into resignation and being shouted at by a journalist for criticising your chairman being worthy of notable mentions. Also the fact that you could only discipline a player for poor performance by praising him for good performance before then going "ha! only joking!" was another bizarre and stupid quirk.

Never lasted more than about a month in any job, although my Bolton front three of Rooney, Ricketts and Rebrov might be the most stunning strikeforce ever assembled.

I remember our great test matches on Cricket 2004 where you could put on a spinner with the new ball and bowl out the West Indies for about 12. Good old days.
Hahaha I remember that, I still have the game. You would just bowl a spinner and a million catches would pop up to silly mid on and short leg, good times. I remember I used to create my player and put him in domestic and county leagues and just simulate season after season.

I'm yet to avoid losing 6-0 in this. Tend to only win points through unforced errors.

You must have killer reactions to pull that off. I take a step back every time I serve and move in after I push the Pro into a corner.

I saw this thread for the first time at 1am last night and am now sleep-deprived with an extremely sore wrist. ()

I've managed to get to the point of holding serve more often than not (finding out you could direct your shots with the arrow keys helped), but I still can't win a bloody point against the serve.

Wait, I was playing the clay court one. The grass is waaay easier! You can get out of any tricky situation by hitting five consecutive aces down the middle.

Had a quick game for the first time last night, only on the ladder thing, against no 8 becker, not a bad result for someone who hasn't played it in ages.

Pic to show how awesome I am

Also you guys no that the up arrow puts your shots deeper in the court, and down arrow brings them shorter, and allows more angle.

Not as good as SuperReal Tennis on the old Sony Ericson phones. Was a classic game.
