Jim DeMint, darling of Tea Party and self-professed lover of the Constitution, confuses the Constitution with the Declaration of Independence and claims government paid no part in ending slavery.
Fox News is going full ape **** over some deliberate discrimination by the Irs against tea party political groups. The IRS admitted they did it but just said it was their incompetence and not a deliberate ploy. Clearly it was deliberate and I am intrigued to know from how high up did the orders come. Obama DAKs.
I am happy the IRS discriminated against them tbh. Over the top audits and red tape for africa was thrown at them.

How the NRA Rewrote the Second Amendment
One of the most remarkable accomplishments of a lobbying group in American, or human, history. They completely changed the narrative and convinced the general public that their viewpoint is actual precedent and fact. It infuriates me to no end when right-wingers bring up the Second Amendment to support gun ownership, when in actuality the Second Amendment guarantees them no such freedom.
Apparently. Apparently "Gator Bait" is as well. I never knew.

Haha. How good is the NRA? Thirty years ago there was talk of potential handgun ban in the US. Now that's not even a remote possibility. These guys know how to lobby and mobilize.
