****ing hell I hate reading far-left articles. Well, I hate reading far-anything, but the far-left has a particularly unique way of inducing nausea in any sensible reader:
jesus ****ing christ.I assume Obama’s flacks understand full well what an extreme porcine maquillage exercise “in an effort to demonstrate his willingness to compromise” is.

Unrelated but as much as people bang on about American corporations being heartless entities bent on world domination, I bet they're not quite as comic book evil as this guy. Just got reminded of a doco from a few years ago where the CEO of Nestle, a company with a less than dazzling history in dealing with real people, casually mentions why water being a human right is an extreme position.
Nestlé-Konzernchef Peter Brabeck: "Zugang zu Wasser sollte kein öffentliches Recht sein." - YouTube
I mean, I want to believe he's merely saying that putting a price on water makes everyone consuming it aware that it's a finite resource so you should treat it respectfully but something about this video makes me think that's not his core point.
It's because he's German.
