Gotta give credit to SilentStriker. Said the first play the GOP will make is to go after the hispanic vote, and literally once they all stopped crying post-election the first thing the Republican leader of the House does is comment on immigration law and attempt to court the hispanic vote.
How Polling Firm PPP Won The Election With Its Hilarious And Infuriating Questions
Some of those questions are hilarious. Here are a few samples:
- If God exists, do you approve or disapprove of its performance?
- If God exists, do you approve or disapprove of its handling of natural disasters?
- Do you think Obama would be taken up to Heaven in the Rapture or not?
- Do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of the Dunder Mifflin paper company?
- Do you have a enough Santrorum in your life?
I think it's wrong how much pleasure I get from reading right wing reactions to this election: Rightbloggers' Solution to Obama's Reelection: Bring Back Culture War and White People! - New York - News - Runnin' Scared
I still really want some of this European socialism, that they keep on going on about

First past the post.
House Democrats got more votes than House Republicans. Yet Boehner says he’s got a mandate? It can be a bit difficult to tally up the popular vote in House elections because you have to go ballot by ballot, and many incumbents run unopposed. But The Washington Postís Dan Keating did the work and found that Democrats got 54,301,095 votes while Republicans got 53,822,442.

Mad Mel has got progressively worse recently, personally I think she enjoys all this attention from the US of A, from both left and right. Of course it increases hits on the Mail website, which is incredibly and depressingly successful. That and the "all grown up" stories obvs.
