There's a big difference between saying that the race is very close (which it is) and saying Obama has hardly any hope of winning, based on "people being stupid" which is the argument some people are making here. Perspective ffs.

It's not just the debates either...they've been just completely dominating the airways with ads in the last month too. Those eight figure donations will come in handy here.

Yes, because he had a 4+ point lead. Now it's effectively tied, with maybe a small national lead towards Romney with Obama having a swing state buffer.

This is the debate, and really only the debate, since immediately before the debate Obama was marching his way to a minor landslide.

Now the underdog in Florida, Virginia. Clinging to a very diminished lead in Ohio. And still three weeks to go. I'll bet that by this time next week, he'll be <50% chance to win.
