The hits just keep on comin'.
'Copperfield,' said Mr. Micawber, 'farewell! Every happiness and prosperity! If, in the progress of revolving years, I could persuade myself that my blighted destiny had been a warning to you, I should feel that I had not occupied another man's place in existence altogether in vain.

Sense of satisfaction after doing the work of two people tonight - literally. Turns out the person who was meant to be on the late news with me was off sick, and it wasn't reallocated. Backed myself to get the job done, and did. Nice feeling.

    Ruined:
Weird slight shortness of breath that I had last night has stayed all day today. Hurts a bit when I try to take a deep breath. Not sure what the reason is, but hopefully it'll clear.

First night of Bush Week, including a free keg (120 drinks) for our college at the local
Rocked up to the first AFL training of the season for our college, very keen to give it a go.
Won indoor 6-4, after being 5-4 at half time. A couple of lucky saves in there, but pretty sure it's the first clean half I've kept in this indoor comp, so was happy at the end of the game.

    Uni's starting again
Heading back to Sydney tomorrow night so I can go to the ortho on Wednesday morning after my plate broke, which means I'm going to miss the first soccer training of the season.

Just found an old 5 foot world map that I had got as a birthday present when I was 12. Has stayed at the back of the book shelf for 8 years. Hung it on the wall just above my monitor.
