    Hey Kathy!

It all depends on who says it, another lesbian/Bi... its fine. Its like the "N" word, if a black person says it to another, its comradery.... If a white person says it to a black person, its a fight.

I Personlly do not like the word dyke, simply because to me it is a butch lesbian and i know that when most people(not all) say it, they are using it in an offensive way, i think it is quite similar to the way gay men get called fags, most people use that in an offensive way also.
There was a South Park episode which addressed the use of the word "fag" and how for a lot of people it isn't really used as a slur for gay guys anymore, more of a description for people who annoy the hell out of you. Imo it was pretty on point with the way I've seen it used most times although I'm not going to claim to know the intention of every single person who uses it.

Had an interesting conversation with a gay colleague a few months back where he said he felt the tone in which it was used was the deciding factor in whether he's offended by it. Although I agree that using fag or dyke in any public place/forum is inappropriate.

Get the feeling you may need more than healthcare if the flight was any longer than 90 minutes though

Yeah for sure. Two weeks ago I was out drinking at a short film uni night and afterwards at a bar etc with two good friends of mine and couple of their friends that I didn't know. One was outrageously gay. The kinda gay who thinks 'hey im out there, i can say what i want now'. Anyway, I was making some gay jokes which were mostly from The Simpsons (Where Homer thinks barts gay) and Seinfeld (From the The Outing) and he thought they were hilarious other than being offended (Was a bit worried that I'd been rude). Anyway, not sure why I'm telling this useless story, but I presume that it depends upon the tone of what one says, rather than the actual words.

Laddergoat video cracked me up. Especially where he cracks up when he manages to spy only a tiny bit of the goat on the screen.

    - My plans to get my hands on the North Korean WC soccer top have been thwarted thus far, along with all footballing retailers and people who collect this sort of thing. Hopefully it comes out during the World Cup, although I doubt the local online retailer will be selling it for a steal (or at all really).

    - Someone's going to get killed when they slip over on the wet tiles at school sometime in the next few days.

    - Have just spotted a second mosquito in the apartment (after killing the one that bit me). Now have to wait patiently with my tennis racquet-shaped electronic zapper to spot the little bastard! They explode quite nicely.

EDIT: GOT HIM YEEEESSSSS,15-0 mother****er! Think he'll retire hurt after that, straight path to the quarters.

EDIT II: Just put him back on the racquet and pressed the 'go' button until he popped again - all his legs and both wings burnt off. Gives up easier than Jelena Jankovic.

Haha, only if they annoy me! Probably wouldn't risk wearing it in public here, would be a nice little item for home though.
