Loan scrap. Would advise you to press on with that, can take ages just to order the bloody application form (have to do this over the phone), and they're bound to screw it up at least once after you actually submit it properly anyway. Stupid banks. Somehow make student finance look competent.

Yeah, it takes some doing, but I can assure you they're more than capable. You have to make sure every I is dotted and every T crossed or they get really arsey. One of my applications was refused because I put my course start date down as the 2nd of Sept rather than the 1st or something like that. Really annoying.

****ing hell. Didn't think that was possible. The amount of work Student Finance cause for us by rejecting perfectly valid P60s from parents for the most trivial of things is untrue.

Yeah, was surprised myself, but dealing with Student Finance turned out to be a walk in the park compared to dealing with a proper bank. Unsurprising that a bank would be more stringent and exercise a lot more close scrutiny perhaps, but even so, a painful experience.

Remember my bank loan, they canceled the original application as they'd spelt my name wrong, so sent me a corrected form instead. They had it right first time.... Just signed it anyway and be damned with them.

Athlai doesn't lie. And he doesn't do sarcasm either, so you know it's true!
