    Always get housed in the Strand Palace Hotel. Which sounds lush, being on the Strand n all, opposite the Savoy. Beautiful downstairs too. However its just a glorified travellodge. Get housed there purely because its the only hotel within walking distance to Parliament Square within budget!

    Still cant get over the fact they charged me a tenner for a cheese & ham toasty...
