Yeah, sadly you're right, but I'm taking solace from not having to diet madly to get back to where I was.

Go to look on the bright side of things I guess.

Two months leave starts today. Plane departs 6am tomorrow. Just as the winter starts to hit NZ. Perfect timing (assuming I can actually get out of Wellington Airport tomorrow morning, that is!)

Feel bad leaving Lara [the Parrot] behind. I've left her with a friend who's just had his second kid, so there'll be plenty of noise around. She should like that, though she probably won't be so keen on not being the centre of attention.

Won indoor 5-2, and probably for the first time this season came off the court happy with the way I played
Good marks back, including a 66% in an exam that I was absolutely positive I failed. Stoked.

Have 2 hours, 10 minutes before I do a presentation for my class. Always hate the waiting to do it part.

Absolutely zero sympathy when I think about how much you'll be charging people in time. ****.

A $7 BBQ meatball sub. If only it was around a year later. Seriously, why are highly successful promotions withdrawn before their time?
