Ruined

* It's cold and we have no hot water until tomorrow...to make the situation even better, we called a guy to come and fix it two days ago. He replaced the filter and charged us about $70. Funnily enough, the problem persisted. He came back today and told us it'd be another $50 to replace the bulb...probably what was the cause of the problem in the first place.

I wasn't aware a filter effected the heating or otherwise of your water...it seems it doesn't given we paid to not have the problem fixed.

Made

* Called the school, we're getting a new boiler (unfortunately tomorrow though).

Potential employers hate this lack of work ethic.

And I'll be making sure they know about it too.

Fixed.

Lawyers; like going to a school prefects' meeting with a two-drink minimum.

7th tonight, but the race wasn't run to suit for her at all, yet she still finished off the race nicely. As long as she draws well on Sunday, she's a chance.

Haha, we have no hot water until Monday. And haven't had any for three days already. No sympathy from me.

And she draws 5. That'll do. Not too much speed drawn inside her either.

Don't listen to top_cat, he's a chemistry buff. They only sound like they know what they're doing. Go talk to a physics guy.

Chemistry is just applied physics after all.

Remembering what to do for each thingmabob without making a dumb mistake, so basically I just need to study even more really. Was having a vent.

But as I start revising the stuff from the end of semester you might find me camping out in the school/homework thread.

The paper is good for me though, because I don't think it would be a very good idea to go further into my degree without some basic chemistry knowledge.

At least you're getting an English experience in some way, even if it's not visiting the country

1 night's not so bad, the guy's here fixing it now. Looks like we got a discount on the boiler too, taking into account the money we'd already paid. Saves me asking for the filter we bought 2 days ago, as we do rightfully own it...wouldn't want them making money out of it by using it again.

We had the heating off for a week in the middle of winter in Edinburgh years back. Made getting up for work at 4am easy.
