RIP

Not surprisingly the last survivor of the 1937 tourists - remarkable for their longevity as many as five of the party reached their 90's and another three lived well into their 80's

ELO cellist Mike Edwards killed by a 600kg hay bale. From the BBC.

RIP. No less tragic for the fittingly 70s sitcom nature of the accident.

Bloody hell. What a way to go.

I heard the other day that obese 80s politician Sir Cyril Smith just died. My only surprise is that he lasted this long.

Must admit I'd assumed the old boy had pegged it ages ago.

That rarest of creatures tho, a principled politico.

RIP, do we have any movie specialists now Pratters is gone? Would have been good to see what he thought about him.

But on a human scale, RIP Mr.Curtis
