    Politics Question

I know this should be in the UK politics thread, but I'd like a quick answer and then this can be closed.

Just a very quick question as I go to sit my AS Politics exam on Thursday...

What is the difference between the City Academies introduced by Labour and these reforms proposed by Michael Gove?

    Thanks.
The speed at which a fielding team gets through the innings is overrated.

City acadamies aren't privately owned are they? thought they just had like a 10% 'investment' into their start up costs from sponsors and were independent of the local authority?

Gove's reforms will be funded by the Government too, won't they?

Seem to think CPR has a degree in political sciences, might be worth asking him.
