Got my eye on one already, it'd be a level move to start with, but working towards the next grade. Would also get me a move back to Manchester/Civilization too

Just CBA writing the 750 words needed for the competencies, as I'm invariably **** at those things, give me an interview any day.

Just band O. Going to apply for the BDDP for the HO if I can be bothered writing it up. Couple of mates went for it last year, both at AO level at the time, one got it, the other got to the final interview. As I've always outscored both of them on the Fast Stream program before, thinking I must stand a chance at all the tests etc (especially as I scored 97% on the last lot of tests for this promotion). Only downside is its based on written competencies for the final stage, rather than actual interview.

Wondering if everyone who plays Stick Cricket on their phone does what I do in the World Domination game and lets Gavaskar get out ASAP because he's such a ****?

Was talking about the football kind tbf. Work promotion, maybe soon, but it's hard finding a job at the grade above that comes with a car, which financially make it much less worth it.
