    There's half a day wasted.. 15 page advice letter and the admin's just told me as she walked out the door at 4.30 she's somehow lost it in the system, it's not in the directories or anything.

    Sure, leave at 4.30 anyway. Who cares right? Get off facebook ffs and find the bloody thing.
