    Nah, a bit of tomato sauce. Although brown sauce is a great addition, in this case, I was quite happy with what I had. That and the red powerade on the train on the way in had me in pretty good nick.

    I used to pile cheese onto my bacon and egg butties as well. Haven't done that this year. Have lost more than two stone. Wonder if these things are related.

    Slice of cheese is all good. I only indulge in the bacon and egg roll once every couple of months, so I want to enjoy it when I do.

    On the weight loss, I heard it was all the extra shagging you're doing.
