Same film many times so one slot IMO.

Beware the evils of Kit-Kats - they're immoral apparently.

How's about the TV series Jossy's Giants?

I suspect Brumby will confirm the awesomeness of this particular programme in the echelons of Sporting celluloid achievement.

    I'm Green

The color of immortality, nature and envy - you are truly a unique person. While clearly the color of nature, you also symbolize rebirth, fertility and hope in the world. On the other side of the spectrum, a natural aptitude to money with green coming to signify money and possibly even *********!

Million Dollar Baby. Any movie Swank is in gets my vote. Even made The Core watchable.

Quite so. It did for Geordie junior football team managers what Mind Your Language did for race relations.

Anyway, as a Newman nerd I have to nom three of his finest:

    The Hustler
    Somebody Up There Likes Me
    Slap Shot

    Also:

The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner
    Fever Pitch
    (the English one)
    Cobb
Cricket Web's 2013/14 Premier League Tipping Champion

    - As featured in The Independent.

"The committee discussed the issue of illegal bowling actions, and believed that there are a number of bowlers currently employing suspect actions in international cricket, and that the ICC's reporting and testing procedures are not adequately scrutinising these bowlers."
    - Even the ICC's own official press release thinks things must change

Good call on Cobb, had forgotten about that one. From everything I've heard and read about Ty Cobb as a person, TLJ absolutely nailed him.

Brilliant film. Have a bit of a soft spot for Kitchen Sink type 60s dramas. This Sporting Life being another excellent film with a sporting slant.
