    Jurassic Park

ive just been watching the first Jurassic Park movie tonight. And my dad tells me its the best of the 3. but to me it lacks a lot that 2 and 3 have. they all have their pros and cons i guess, but #1 seems to be a bit corny in places. On the other hand it did have the surprise factor, when we knew what was coming in 2 and 3.
so in your opinion, which is the best one?

I thought the first was good because of the special effects - which now look tired and dated.

Second and third - not worth watching. Typical Hollywood sequel-fodder.

Read Michael Crichton's book, don't bother with the films.

I think that in general sequals suck, but at times, they do tend to churn out some quality films. I thoroughly enjoyed Batman Returns and Batman Forever (Batman and Robin was crap) and X2 was perhaps better than X-men. Also, T3 has gotten some excellent reviews thus far.

I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."

First of all, the book was the best. The movie, Jurassic Park while not being half as good as the book was a very good movie. Two and three were a waste of time....

1 was great because it was original...but im afraid 2 & 3 were just desperate money-spinners trying to pick up on its success.
