I've watched the docu (felt as if I needed a shower afterwards) and, my own flawed and biased take was that both the (alleged, etc..) abuse victims' stories had the ring of verisimilitude.

There was an awful lot of overlap between their respective testimonies as to what got Jackson off. Clearly it's within the remit of whoever has the final edit to emphasise these, but that's still a long way from suggesting it's a hatchet job with a view to the Wacko Jacko estate's fortune.

That said I did grown inwardly when it was belatedly revealed (like 3 hours in) they'd both sought fiscal recompense after the fact. I suppose there's no reason why they wouldn't, but it gives the apologists an easy out.

I was pretty undecided before seeing it, my thoughts had swung like a pendulum over the years on it. Some of his excuses, explanations, justifications etc did seem plausible to me . But now I firmly believe he did abuse those kids.

I find it really weird that Macauley Culkin is so adamant of Jackson's innocence, just because he wasn't targeted doesn't mean other kids weren't. MJ was probably smart enough to not **** around with a mega famous, perhaps far more street wise and confident kid in Culkin.

Anyone catch Barbara Streisand's terrible hot take on the matter last week?

Basically "Ok guys, I know he probably abused those guys, but come on, it's not like they died or anything serious. Look at them, they turned out ok, they're on TV and everything."

    Unfathomable levels of dire.

I mean she's eponymous with turning an event into a PR nightmare. A bad take like that is a mid afternoon stroll.

I wonder if other adults treated MJ as a normal guy or more like he was developmentally delayed. He seemed really immature

Is he counted as a nonce like Rolf Harris or worse like Jimmy Savile?

Wasn't he the kid in the Black or White video? God, I used to love that song so much as a child.

More commonly known for being in Home Alone but yeah. Him and MJ were 'best friends' in the early 90s

Caulkin appeared, and featured heavily, in one of the most recent episodes of AVGN. I'm not sure who that reflects worse on, him or James Rolfe.

I'm actually a big fan of Culkin outside of his MJ opinions
