What's your favourite Batman film?
There was a lot of discussion about the Batman films in the movie thread last year given the release of The Dark Knight. Meant to make this thread back then but it's probably a better time to do it now anyway, given that after the dust settled on Dark knight people may have cooled on it (I personally haven't, watched it a couple of weeks back and it's still awesome).
Well anyway, I have the first Batman on TV now (I say first, I'm excluding the 60s campfest), absolutely love it, and hopefully they'll be following this up with Batman Returns sometime soon. The latter two in the original set are obviously pretty forgettable (though Nicole Kidman is just so fantastic in Forever), particularly Batman & Robin which really is a disgrace. Then we have the new ones, and I think both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are amazing, in different ways. Don't wanna dwell too much here as I am undecided which is my favourite batman film but thought that there could be some interesting discussion around this subject. Maybe not, worth a crack anyway. Thoughts?

The film of the original TV series. Sadly, not a poll option it seems.

I enjoyed Batman & Robin, in that it was extremely amusing.

I think that even the Micheal Keaton films had a fairly camp element to them, particularly in relation to the villians. Used to think those first couple were great, but now in comparrison to the new ones I think that they are ****e. Only stand up as a good example of Tim Burton's unique artistic style and nothing more.
