According to Marc, Rivaldo is going from AC Milan to the UAE. also on Press Pass Tommie Smith said that Real Madrid weren't finished. Barcelona HAD to land some signings. so i think lot of deals that happen barcelona are going to be a contendor for most of them. But Real Madrid are looking to land a biggish signing. not as big as beckham. but a well known good player. i'm not too clear on the EPL. however on the Man U site they give targets. kewell could end up at barca, as he wasn't happy the way the Beckham transfer was handled. but still i think Chelsea and Newcastle might buy out a bit, but that's just my thoughts. n e 1 else have n e news?

Theres also talk that Kewell will complete his contract at Leeds & then leave on free transfer which would really annoy Leeds..they'd be missing out on a good pay day especially with their huge debts.
Personally I think he'll end up signing for Arsenal. |

Postiga, Ricardo Quaresma & Christiano Ronaldo are the big 3 from Portugal & it looks as though they could all be going to England.
Quaresma was being chased by Man Utd..cause he is a just a genius at dribbling. And Ronaldo was being looked into by Liverpool, but whether these will come to reality im not sure. Deco would probably end up with a transfer to Italy or Spain although i haven't really found much infortmation linking him to other clubs at the moment. |

Who do you think Chelsea will be in for?
I haven't really got too much information on who they are looking to transfer. One thing for sure is that Zola has returned to Italy. Last edited by Tim; 02-07-2003 at 04:51 PM. |

PSG reject United's bid for Ronaldinho
Paris St Germain have turned down an offer from Manchester United for Brazilian World Cup winner Ronaldinho, but the player's agent is confident the two clubs can still negotiate an agreement. PSG president Francis Graille revealed on Wednesday evening that United's undisclosed bid had been rejected after a day of talks with officials from the Premiership champions. But Ronaldinho's agent and brother Roberto Assis later admitted: 'We are very calm, talks are ongoing. The player is not on the streets and he has proved his worth on the pitch so we will wait and see what happens. 'I am certain Manchester United will make another bid. It is important that we let the clubs find a possible solution.' Graille, who met with United chief executive Peter Kenyon and group managing director David Gill in Paris, has made it quite clear that the Premiership champions will have to up their offer if they are to land the 23-year-old Brazilian. 'Manchester United are interested in Ronaldinho but if they want him they will have to pay a very expensive amount,' he said. PSG's hand has been strengthened by the announcement that French football's financial watchdog, the DNCG, has lifted all sanctions on the Paris club. The DNCG had previously forbidden PSG to sign any new players due to their large debts. But major shareholders, television company Canal Plus, have stepped in with a significant cash injection to help balance the books. The news was confirmed on the club's website in a statement which read: 'The DNCG have lifted all sanctions previously imposed on PSG. The strong delegation sent by PSG were able to convince the hearing of their rights.' Graille added: 'Justice has been done to PSG and our shareholders Canal Plus who do a great deal for football.' Ronaldinho, who had a disappointing Confederations Cup campaign with his national team, has been hunted by United, Real Madrid and Barcelona for weeks while Newcastle have also reportedly shown interest. However, United have always led the chase and have plenty of money to spend after England captain David Beckham joined Primera Liga champions Real Madrid for £25million. Ronaldinho is eager to quit PSG after a miserable season under former coach Luis Fernandez. The Parisian giants finished in 11th spot and missed out on a place in the UEFA Cup after being defeated 2-1 by Auxerre in the Coupe de France final. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/headlin...270942&cc=3436 |

Le Havre are Liverpool's feeder club right? Lee Bowyer never should have moved from Leeds...R.I.P his career ![]() Dugarry was almost certain to move to Birmingham after his loan deal last season. But Birmingham need to make more signings in order to survive this season. Why did Chelsea have to sign him?Why not Thomas Sorenson? Manchester City - club for really old goalkeepers!
