Battle of the Albums

I know there was a battle of the 2000s albums, but I'm going to do a battle of the albums. However, it's going to be a big one and to allow for as many bands as possible I'm going to allow 128 nominations.

This is how the nomination process will work. You can nominate as many bands as you like and can 2nd as many bands as you like.

Nominations will work this way. For every 3 studio albums a band has released they can receive 1 nomination.

For eg.

Oasis have released 7 studio albums therefore they can have 2 of their albums nominated.
Kings of Leon have released 4 studio albums and therefore only 1 of their albums can be nominated.

However if a band has less than 3 albums they are eligible for 1 nomination only.

Once someone has nominated a band and their album nominations and it has been seconded by 4 other members the nominations are then official. That band cannot be nominated again.

For eg.

The Beatles have 13 Studio albums and can therefore have 4 albums nominated.

Let's say poster A nominates - Abbey Road, Sergeant Pepper, A Hard Day's Night & Rubber Soul.

Poster B nominates - With The Beatles, Help!, Rubber Soul & Revolver.

Poster A has their 4 albums seconded first so Poster A's 4 albums would go through. However if Poster A was only to recieve 2 seconds while Poster B received 4 then Poster B's nominations would go through to the official battle.

I think that just about explains everything.

Any questions feel free to ask.

Okay, I have to decide which 2 GNR albums to nominate....gonna go with the following:

Appetite for Destruction
Chinese Democracy

I'm allowed three Crue albums by my calculations so

Shout at the Devil
Too Fast For Love
Dr Feelgood

Hell, might as well do oasis

Definitely Maybe
(what's the Story) Morning Glory?

Not necessarily my favourite two oasis albums but they will probably get the most support

I will leave it at that for now but might add more when we see what else has been added
