Floods

Are pretty damn bad here.

Lots of many family are stranded at work, we don't know where my nan is. Over 1000 people are confirmed stranded, 4000 expected IIRC. A whole school has to sleep at school cause they are flooded in. My dad cant get through and is sleeping at work, same with some other people I know and other relatives. Cars are literally floating down the street, and I have seen floods in places I've never seen before. I had to go through 5 floods just on my road to get home. Pretty bad.

Sounds pretty extreme.

Totally wishing my school would flood, tbh.

It's just around the mid north coast area. It rained most of last night. We had a blackout too.

Hope all is well up there.

Yeah Jake, hope all is well, have several friends in the Coffs/Bellingen area. they looked to be on a similar scale to what we had up here in jan/feb.

Just move to the Gold Coast FFS. In Victoria and South Australia you have heat waves and then getting burnt in bushfires, in Brisbane storms are ripping your house to pieces, and in North Queensland you are getting cyclone after cyclone, but here, the weather could not be anymore perfect.

Down south NSW we have nothing. Same weather, day in, day out. 60 mm all year.

So much better than GC, obs.

Beat me to it.

Gold Coast has a personality fabricated by the popular kids in high school. Every chick would wear a garbage bag covered in crabs if it became the next hot fashion.

Take a walk around Pac Fair and marvel at all the Oompa Loompas fresh from their spray tan, or why not head out for a night on the town with all of Daddy's Little Princesses who happily flaunt 7/8ths of their tits and 3/4 of the other parts, dont look twice though or they'll accuse you of being a pervert and get their big wog mates with full sick bling who live off Mummy and Daddy's trust fund to teach you a lesson.

Sure the weathers nice, but the GC is just full of people who never want to leave high school.

So with the many Victorians that move here, raising or lowering the IQ of each state?
